Life Wilgeheuwel will kill you

Sunday 2 June I was in a serious MVA. The ambulance wanted to take me to Olivedale, but I felt that Wilgeheuwel was closer. Next time I will go to Olivedale. I was extremely sore on my ribs on the right side. X-rays were taken, but never discussed with me. I have asked to see it but was refused. In the ward I showed the nurse the damage to the skin on my knee. She did not care to clean it. 5am on the 3rd of June the nurse gave me pain meds but did not care to ensure that there were no bubbles in the IV. Only after feeling ****py, did I read that it can be dangerous. Around 10 /11am the dr arrives and then get on the nurses' case because they didn't do the 6-hourly EKG and bloods. The nurses arrives with the EKG but can't operate it. 4pm I ask to either be discharged or given pain meds, because I didn't have any since 5am. I am then discharged without a dr seeing me or being given access to my medical information. I get to the pharmacy just to be told that they didn't get my meds ready because there is a co-payment of less than R50. That night I write to Life asking for my medical details because it is rightfully mine. Needless to say that they ignore me. They are possibly scared of being sued and all that I wanted was to get proper medical advice. A week later and I am still in pain without knowing what is wrong.
