Life Wilgeheuwel incompetency
Life Wilgeheuwel Hospital accounts department is absolutely useless. They send you constant messages for accounts that aren't paid, yet when you request an invoice to see what it's for, they don't respond. Yet the harassment continues. I am at my wits end that they can earn a salary by just sending harassing messages but no one is willing to assist. To make matters worse, they then hand you over to lawyer yet no one made an effort to try and assist you with your original request.

03 Feb 2022, 20:41Still no response from the accounts department, why am I not surprised. *********** is to kind a word to use as they just couldn't care about the people they harass when they are not doing what they are supposed to do. They tend to forget that without patients they wouldn't have a job or an income. Clearly they couldn't care less.
