Life Wilgeheuwel hospital refused my refund

I was in wilgeheuwel hospital 2 months ago, consultation and treatment was great however my medical aid couldn't cover all costs. I started getting calls from them demanding payments, which I made agreement of paying the due amounts in 3 month period. On the day I committed to pay I was suppose to R550 mistakenly I transfered 5500 which is even far more than the balance I owe. I took the step of going to the bank immediately for reversal however wilgeheuwel refused to reverse my money based on unknown reasons. I tried to send as many emails as I could and make calls however never succeeded to get refund of my money. Funny part is that their finance team are getting my emails however No1 is willing to assist me at all. I have send all proof of payment and everything in order to be assisted, all they do is that they ask 1 question every time as to "which hospital did I make payment to". I'm very disappointed on a level of service I'm getting from a private hospital. Wilgeheuwel hospital adequately full of *********** and ******** people. I'm not gonna stop I need my refund back.
