October 22 2023, i had a fall, sustaining a head injury and eye socket damage. I have Gap cover and as Discovery did not cover the costs of the emergency admission, i need to claim from Gap insurer. Gap needs certain documents. These were requested 11/12/2023, 8/1/2024 (read 9/1), 11/1 (read 11/1) urgent need, 12/1 (read12/1). 15/1 request, receive telecon apologise for delay, request in progress, Discovery "should have paid", will follow up with them and revert- Tina Cilliers, 21/1 request feedback (read 22/1), 23/1 message Tina, read 26 February, (other party read 23 Jan), 24/1 request again, 4/3 request after receiving LOD, pay amount 5/3, and send proof and again request, 11/3 another request. Hospital emergencies 5 star, administration based on above should be 0 stars, but the option does not exist, Pity,
