Life Wilgeheuwel

On the 5th of October 2024 I rushed my mother to Life Wilgeheuwel hospital, and she need led to be admitted and because she’s not on any medical aid we were required to pay R63000 up front before she could be admitted, fast forward to 2025 all I have been getting are demand letters of outstanding amounts and when I call the hospital I get sent from pilar to post. When I sent Vasthnie Naicker and Juanita Miller proof of payments on the 31st of January and the 4 of February I get no response from them besides that the account is with head office then I get sent a letter of demand. I am flabbergasted by this treatment and all I want is to get to the bottom of this nightmare and move on with my life
