Life Wilgeheuwel

I had to rush to hospital last night with my 2 year old son after he fell and bumped his head. Upon reaching Life Wilgeheuwel in a panic they did the paperwork in lightning speed. We were then taken through to Triage within minutes and the nurse on duty was friendly and so good with my son, even making him smile. She then took us through to the emergency ward where Dr Rossouw came to see us almost immediately. He was extremely thorough, professional and friendly. He made myself and my son feel at ease and explained exactly what to look out for. He even went on to say he will be there all night should I have any concerns. I prepared myself for hours at the hospital but we were in and out within 40 minutes. I am so pleasantly surprised in the service we received. The friendliness, professionalism, efficiency and bedside manners of the staff at Life Wilgeheuwel far exceeded my expectations. Thank you for all you guys do.
