Life Wigheuwel - Refuses to help

My daughter is admitted into hospital with severe pressure on her brain. The hospital is refusing to assist with a neurologist, says the standby Doctor cannot make it. We have been in the hospital since the morning. I have escalated to Priscilla who says she is the hospital manager. She said after 2 hours if my daughter is still in pain she will call the neurologist herself to come in. 3 hours later, still no help. When I asked they tell me the neurologist can't come, they are refusing for Doctor Shabba to come through and help. My daughter has been diagnosed BIH which is fluid that is causing dangerous pressure and they are refusing for a neurologist to assist her. why does someone come to the hospital and can't get help.
