Life westville staff,bunch of *********** people

My daughter was admitted on the 23rd of December,but because she was only 4months old and it was her 1st time using medical aid,disvovery wanted to review the admission auth,it was a sunday.

So i had to pay a deposit of R6400 as adviced by Ina Adlam who was helping with admissions,she said after discovery has approved the authorization,they will then claim and refund my money,discovery approved authorization the following day.

For almost 2months I’ve been following up with them,at 1st they told me disvovery did not pay...when i check discovery has paid all the claims that were submitted,eg.Dr’s fees and pathology fees but no hospital claim was done,as a result no refund was done to me.

I have emailed and made calls,no help whatsoever,i even went to hospital to speak to Ina who then called a lady in the jhb office by the name Roxanne,who told her she is doing it at that very moment and when i called Roxanne after 2weeks she claimed she didn’t even know what i was talking about and asked for me email adress and promised to cc me on the email she was gonna send to discovery,up to this day im waiting.

I then called Ina back again and she put me to a guy by the name Gratten,who didn’t seem to care or understand my frustration and told me to complete a refund form told me my refund will be done in 2-3working days,until today im still waiting,i sent a follow up email ,he ignoref it.

I’m so ****ed and gatvol with the treatment and incompetence of life westville staff,i just want my R6400 and i want it now!
