Life Spring Parklands Hospital is negligent, careless and is out to kill patients…

A foreign substance was left in my husband’s body during an operation. He was never given a follow up date and had been going through excruciating pain since the operation in mid August.

Yesterday he went back to hospital to inquire and found that the hospital had no record of him, the scan showed the foreign substance and the nurse confirmed that he was supposed to have it removed after the operation. Something nobody shared with him.

It’s his 2nd day at the hospital and the doctor is still a no-show. I’m so ****ed off because I’m too far from the hospital to take them on but I’m hoping that this review might save someone else’s life.

Unless you’re suicidal, do not go to Life Healthcare Parklands. They will give u pain killers all day, zero explanation, just excuses.

This is the worst possible paid healthcare facility by far.
