Life Robinson Private Hospital

<p>Not really impressed with the service I received during my stay in the East Ward. Your staff is not professional and there is a serious communication break between day and night staff and between doctors and staff.. I am really disappointed about the service I received after all the good things I have heard about the hospital. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was admitted Sunday night the 12th of June 2016 by Dr. Burger with Gastro.</p> <p> </p> <p>Dr. Joubert came to see me Monday the 13th of June and requested a stool sample for lab testing. I haven't received anything to provide a stool sample with, after numerous requests from staff this was still not resolved!! So I left without doing one.</p> <p> </p> <p>I also had a to give a urine sample, after giving one on the Monday morning it stood next to my bed the whole day till the night staff</p> <p>I have been discharged by Dr. Joubert on the 14th of June at 09:50 am but is still in hospital with my drip on at 12:44. Been asking for ages to different nursing staff for the drip to be removed and every time I get the same answer. “I’m on my way”. Really.. </p> <p> </p> <p>At 13:20 i took my stuff and left. The only reason for signing my discharge documents are to obtain my sick note for work otherwise I would have just left. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will NEVER recommend this hospital to anyone and I will not be returning ever again. I would rather drive 20km more to go to another hospital.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will also be laying a formal complaint at Discovery about the service I have received.</p>
