Life Robinson Hospital in Randfontein incorrect medical aid billing

I visited the hospital in November . I also visited the hospital in August for the same reason. They have an outsourced laboratory stationed at the hospital. In November I explicitly gave permission to the Dr to conduct blood tests ONLY to ascertain Red blood & White Blood cells counts ( as the Dr 1st informed me ). In November the hospital billed my medical aid + the laboratory did so. The lab billed was excessive. I compared it to the previous visit in Aug & my bill was 15% of the value billed in November for exactly the same permission provided to do blood tests. What's even more intriguing is that , I took my son to the physio at the same hospital. Now I see that the hospital billed my medical aid for laboratory tests that my son never took. The hospital billed him as well , when he didn't get hospital treatment. I merely took him for the physio appointment and left. I do see the physio bill on my medical aid , but we certainly did not do any blood tests of see the hospital Dr for him . After investigating , I have called Life Robinson Hospital & given them 24 hrs to undo / reverse these incorrect claims
