We waited for more than 3 hours before we were taken to the ward. My daughter was *****ed with needles for more than 2 hours while they were trying to put in the drip. She cried until there were no tears left, the whole time, no one is updating us about what is happening. When the doctor came, she put the drip in less than 2 minutes. I had to request pain medication for my baby who was in pain after all the poking and *****ing in her body. Things were not explained thoroughly and the nurse seemed annoyed when I asked questions. There was no privacy, hospital staff kept walking in and out of the room without valid reasons, waking the baby up in the process. The first day of admission, on Sunday morning we did not eat breakfast even though we ordered it, this was because the staff member "forgot about us". Upon being discharged, my daughter's name tag was not removed. I had to remove it at home. The service we received was similar to that of a public hospital even though we were paying to be there.
