Life Robinson - horrible service

About 98% of your staff is rude and very impatient, including the kitchen staff. They do not care about the wellbeing of the patients at all. How do I call for help and a nurse comes only to say "ja"? There are very few options on the food menu. I stayed without water for 2 days, when they brought the water there was no glass. Nurses take forever to attend to one's needs. This was a very horrible stay. I am never ever setting my feet at this hospital. Only the doctors, physiothe******s and 3 nurses treated me with courtesy. I have never come across such, it seems like it's the culture of the hospital. It also looks like there's only one porter for the whole hospital (I stand to be corrected). I ordered some snacks via pick and pay, the receptionist told me to go get my parcel at reception, wow; to say I was shocked is an understatement. I would name and shame them but I am aware of the POPIA. They called me after my discharge upon obtaining results of my survey inputs just to say sorry..
