My Mom and Dad were shot through our house window on the 10th of March 2025 there was a CIT ******* infront of our house, my Husband rushed them both to ER (Casualty). Complain 1: my Mom was sitting on a chair for 45 Min before they come to help her on her shooting wound. Complain 2: Both my Parents eventually went for their CT scans the codes that needed to be put through to our medical aid were wrong, everything they helped them with in ER those codes were also wrong it wasn't even under the emergency codes as they are suppose to know it. Compain 3: When the dr come to speak to them (my Mom and Dad) he just told my Dad he has a fracture he did not even come to my Mom and told her anything about her CT scan. When Me and my Husband asked him can they please be transfered to Groenkloof Hospital in Pretoria the dr reply to us "they are not in a critical condition so you must take them yourself an ambulance won't do that" Complain 4: When we asked can they be admitted here we were told we need to pay R10500 per patient so when we aseked can we please arrange for downpayments they said sorry we can't so basically you need to die before they will help you. Complain 5 : We received a form from our medical aid so that the correct codes can be given so that we can get our medical aid MSA back because of them my Dad and Mom does not have any more savings in their medical aid they gave the wrong codes so we went and took the form on Wednesday the 19th of March 2025 and we still wait for the form to be filled in by die ER dr. Complain 5: The staff did not even handle us with respect.
