<p>my kid was admitted yesterday with a bone fracture, we were promised to see a doctor in few hours its day 2 17:52 and that good Samaritan has not arrived and I am sure someone is charging my medical aid as we speak. I fail to understand why a private hospital can depend on an individual he/she must be very special. i am not sure if this is an isolated matter or what but this is my second complaint about the very same hospital. what I find strange is that nobody is empowered to explain what is happening</p>
