Life Mount Edgecombe Hospital

My 21 month old son was admitted on the 8th November 2022 as he had a circumsion done. We arrived and checked in at 7, he was then taken into Theatre at 8AM. The procedure was completed an hour later. When he arrived at the paediactric ward he was awake but still withdrawing from the anesthetic. I'm absolutely appalled by all of your paediactric nurses. My boy is a baby an was under so much of pain. There was no pain medication administed to him all day and no care or check ins given to him all day apart from his vitals. He cried he screamed with pain, your nurses had to be called about 5 times before they showed up and did nothing! We were there from 7AM till 7PM as I was concerned about his well being and needed Dr MO Alli to check him before he was discharged. No empathy, no compassion especially in Paediactric. We were not there for free. If I wanted my baby to be treated this way we would have gone to a government facility, however I'm sure the government facility would have treated us with dignity!
