Life Mercantile atrocious service

Doing daily sit-ins in front of the finance manageress' office from today until l get my issues resolved.

Although Life Healthcare responds here with sweet messages please note that NO ONE has contacted me yet, although they asked for my contact details 3 times already. Them asking for it is just a sham so people would think they are quick to resolve problems.

The staff a.b.u.sed me when l was in pain, dr..gged with meds and in a state of shock and suffering a panic attack. They performed an op on me when l clearly stated l want it postponed and afterwards l was shouted on by a person in the op theater to wake up as he is going to miss his Uber ride! To top it off staff l_ed to me about my money owed to me. So stop pretending that Mercantile is in talks with me as they are NOT. They avoid my calls, messages, emails and when l show up unannounced.
