Life heatlhcare Rosepark Hospital I want my money !!!

im extremely upset with the services given by lifeheatlhcare customer care consultants. Very *********** , no sense of respect for clients or their work . Its almost a month now that ive been waiting for my refund . I emailed all the documents and even delivered tangible ones at the hospital. But still i have not received ny money. Nor have they even bothered to respond to my emails or a mere call back . What's annoying is that when you get to their hospitals they want their money on the spot , mind you i was there 8 months ago ...yet i still have to wait for a refund , waste more money on calling them to no avail. I want my money
