Life Healthcare's Financial Office is Beyond Pathetic

I am really struggling with this institution. They sent me an SMS telling me that a case manager is dealing with my case. I call the so called case manager on ***. She couldn't hear a thing I said because she was in a noisy place. You would swear she was at a shebeen.

Till today, I have not received a response. I still get harrassed with SMSes. Again, assign a competent person, who will be able to investigate and resolve.

I will not be coerced into paying. I have a medical aid. It settled your bills and declined to cover some shady costs you included to inflate the bill. The medical aid wrote to you, and so did I. You are yet to respond but you are quick to send SMSes. I suspect yall are working in silos that no one actually knows what's happening.

This is beyond pathetic.
