Life healthcare with their threats but no assistance from them

I received an account from life healthcare, only 3 times by email. I have been trying to contact them since last year, was not able to speak to anyone, kept being told to leave my details and someone would get back to me. Till today no one has, i called yesterday and was told to leave my details again and the superviser aswell would be notified, still no response. I called again today and sent an email and no response. The only last email was on sunday, 10 sep 2023 threatening to hand me over to lawyers after there numerous notifications to me, but not once has anyone attempted contact me, as i wanted clarification as to why the account was not covered by the medical aid, and the medical aid said to contact glynnwood and life health care which i have been doing. But no assistance feom them what so ever
