Life Healthcare St Dominics refuses to issue BI form for our late father

Hello Peter. We have a serious problem with life St Dominics in East London. We lost our father yesterday due to covid19 around 9pm. Until now after 15hrs since he passed away, We haven't recieved the B.I form . We have been calling everyone from the quality assurance and Hospital manager with no luck. What is sad, is that we dont have time , as we are not allowed to keep the body for more than a week. We ve lost a day already. We cant move on with the insurance claims. We ve been sent up and down from pillar to post.This is so insensitive and cruel from people from St dominics . We've called the Dr, she is referring us to the nurses. We ve the Hospital manager, we were told that he is busy . We are stuck as family and disappointed as we were not expecting this from them . We feel like we have to beg for this service, of which my father paid for it. It is really unfair for us as family to be so stressed while we are mourning.
