Life Healthcare shocking refund behaviour

When we were admitting my father in law we had to pay immediately and upfront for his admission to the Life Hospital in Humansdorp (ref: Life Isivivana 32907). Yet now when we are due a sizeable refund Deanan Chetty will not return my calls or process the refund ... He is not even at his desk to take my calls. We have sent through the proof of bank details three times and yet he still hides behind this. The amount was paid from a credit card ... you have those details on record so just refund the money back into the account from which it was paid. Absolutely shocking behaviour after the death of a family member! You should be ashamed of yourselves!!
