Life Healthcare only care about their pockets

I’ve wrote a previous complaint no feedback received. I’ve phoned and no feedback received!

I’ve birthed on the 30th of April at GeneseLife Hospital. I’ve paid for my private room R1880 and now I’m battling to claim back from medical aid due to Life Hospitals claim code. They refuse to investigate or even try and assist me. All they say is thats the code and they can’t assist me. Claim code that was used by Life Genesis hospital for a private room is 57021 and according to Fedhealth that code does not have a rand value….

I’ve spoken to Gugu from Life Healthcare in Account departement and she escalated the matter but no feedback

Medical aid said that the claim code have a zero rand value. SO WHAT SHOULD I SO????? Beg????
