Life Healthcare Groenkloof Shocking Service

My mother in law was admitted to Life Groenkloof in the St Francis ward and the service was shocking: 1. Pre-medication not admitted at the time the porter arrived to take her to theater 2. Calf pumps not fitted post operation 3. Infusion line empty, then replaced but not running/working 4. Oxygen line fitted to nose but not plugged into wall outlet, so no flow possible 5. Patient unable to eat and not assisted 6. Staff not sure what medication to administer 7. Patient becoming disoriented but staff not taking action 8. Patient unable to stand or get up - had bowel movement and was left for 3 hours in this condition despite ringing bell ad neighboring patients alerting staff about this. When my wife arrived and asked for this to be attended to it took 30 minutes before staff reacted
