LIFE HEALTHCARE EAST LONDON, EASTERN CAPE- SHOCKING SERVICE.

I've never received such bad service up until recently...

I was referred to a specialist at a certain Life Care Hospital in East London, Eatsern Cape, and my appointment was on the 22 November 2023. I was sent for blood tests the same day, and made an appointment a few days after that to hear my results. Upon arrival at my follow up, not only did loadshedding " stop the doctor from receiving My results " but only seeing him after 2 hours of waiting patiently for an appointment that was booked, I get told they hadn't received the results in the first place!!

They wanted to make another appointment for when my results were ready, I asked if he rather could phone me , and they said yes, doctor only calls on Fridays- understandable.

Well it's 2 months later, and I have not received my results!!!! I have called, I have followed up and the doctor is ALWAYS on leave OR they'll give him the message to call me, I phoned in a few days ago and complained, was promised a call once again, and I'm still waiting, i spoke to 3 different departments!!! I'm now being given the run around.

2 months!! I paid my co payment fee, I pay for my medical aid and the claim went through, but what am I actually paying for?

Yet here I am with the same damn symptoms I've been trying to find answers to since October 2022. I'm exhausted, you are the reason why people give up on themselves. It's exhausting, mentally and physically.

I want a Refund of my Co payment and I want a different doctor!
