Life Healthcare - does not care!

On the 28th October 2018 I was undergoing a back-operation at their facility at Wilgeheuwel Hospital.

Since about 4 months I am trying to get information from Dr. Schalk Burger who performed the operation at the time. Without any success.

Since Dr. Schalk Burger operates and has his practice at this Hospital I have written to Life Healthcare and asked them for assistance to help me obtain the relevant information which is required for further treatment.

This is now 3 weeks ago and there is absolutely no reply and obviously no action - its beyond me that an institution that is supposed to provide care simply sheds its responsibility after they have received a lot of money from the medical aid and from me.
