Life Cromptopn Hospital. Avoid at all costs in an emergency. Also avoid if you want your medical and contact information kept private.

This hospital not only allows negligent doctors into their emergency room who will not do proper assessments of the medical problem, but they will refuse to refund the full visit even when the ill advise of the doctor led to 4 day hospital admission and they were able to claim that emergency visit from medical aid.

In addition to this, they share confidential patient information with strangers. I received multiple smses with the wring name and was sent a full complaint with details and contact information about another patient. Still after all this, they refuse to give a full refund for the emergency visit.

Please note Life healthcare, this is what happens when you fight to hold onto R1150 after making over R10 000 on the admission from Discovery and messing up the bill sent to Discovery 2 times.
