Life Healthcare and their substandard service and poor staff and facilities

So my wife went to the emergency room at Flora Life Healthcare Hospital at 12:30 in the afternoon. This was for a normal Kidney stone infection. She was admitted to stay overnight at 5 pm by a Dr and only received a bed at 10 pm that evening. To make matters worse, she didn't eat for those 9 hours, and nobody asked her if she had eaten. Then, when they took the drip out to move her to the room, she had to close the plaster on her arm herself. Then the shower in her room had no running warm water, and she had to take a cold shower. This hospital is substandard, and we will never use any Life hospital ever again. Netcare is 100 times better. You should be ashamed to have life in your name.
