Life Healthcare accounts number does not work - holding on and no answer

I cannot get my statement for hospital stay at Life Groenkloof on 4 October. My ID number is *** and I need my hospital statement. When I phone life Healthcare accounts the phone just rings when I hold on and then hangs up. No one is answering the phone except for switchboard. Please email me my hospital statement for 4 October 2022
