Life Healthcare Accounts Department - What a disgrace!

What a disgrace for an accounts department after i have received such amazing service from the hospital staff themselves. Just received a sms from the accounts department which states that i still owe them R991.50. When i phoned them to clarify what this is for since i have paid for everything before i walked out of that hospital the day of my incident, i got through to Liezel who are not able to assist me at all, all she can tell me is that it is for my incident and that the amount is outstanding. She cant tell for what exactly they are billing me here, how the hell do you even send out the sms's if you dont even know what the client needs to f*cking pay for!!!!! Now you expect that i just need to pay for something that i dont even know for what it is. And that after i have paid everything before i walked out of that hospital! Your accounts department is a disgrace! If you cant tell a patient what they need to pay for why even bother sending out SMS'S.
