Life Healthcare Account Department failing at their jobs.

As instructed by their admissions department, I paid my co-payment the day before being admitted in May 2024. I then submitted the proof of payment to the individual I spoke to. They basically ignored it, and I have been receiving monthly letters from their National Accounts Department demanding payment! I have spoken to 4 different people AND each time sent them my proof of payment. Finally, on 4 December 2024, a person admitted that the document was loaded onto my account, but another department has not allocated the funds, hence my letters. BUT again today (6 Dec 2024) I received a threatening letter. GET YOUR HOUSE IN ORDER!!!
