Life group is a terrible choice of hospitals!

Absolutely poor service from Life group accounts and complaints department. It’s unbelievable a company with such a large reputation handles clients complaints in such a unprofessional manner. I have received terrible service from its Life Chatsmed hospital, the hospital manager is useless so rude and disrespectful, thinking to sought after Life group itself for a resolution but it was a bad idea. We shouldn’t be supporting a organization like this because clearly it’s just a business making money rather than putting customers needs.
