Life Groenkloof shocking service - avoid!!

My mother went for a hip replacement at life Groenkloof hospital, and got the most shocking service - <br> <br> 1. Before she was admitted for theatre, someone removed het dentures, but subsequently lost it. My mom has been asking everyone to please assist her, and a week later nothing has been done about it. <br> <br> 2. The physiothe****** helped her out of the bed with the first session, and made her sit in the chair, and told her to call a nurse to put her back in bed. When she called someone, they told her that they are not trained to handle a patient with a hip replacement, and that the Physio's duty was to ensure that she was made comfortable back in bed. What kind of Physio does something like that? Are these sessions not paid for?<br> <br> 3. Mom asked one of the nurses for cold water, and she gets told to get water from the tap herself!<br> <br> 4. Yesterday morning some nurse helped her to the toilet, and left her in the restroom for over 45 minutes. She pressed the button for help, but just got ignored.<br> <br> We now getting ignored, and was discharged. They disconnected her bell, not to attend to her. <br> Please avoid this hospital where possible.
