Life Groenkloof Hospital Admin's incompetence and sloth

Despite being on comprehensive medical aid, Life Groenkloof Hospital set their debt agency Anthony Richards Associates (ARA) on me with threats for the last 4 months. The more I explained that medical aid authorised the procedure, the less they listened and the threats got worse. Even when medical pronounced the matter had been sorted, the threats and demands got worse. An agent from ARA even put the phone down on me when I tried to explain that I dont owe anything. Medical has again sent a mail and reference to confirm that all is sorted. LGH's administrative incompetence is shocking. I warned that messing with my credit worthiness and reputation would be a very expensive exercise for them. BTW: No explanation and no apology for their harrrassment .
