Life Groenkloof Dialysis unit

Speaking about their dialysis unit...

Honestly, giving them 1 star is generous.

I took my father here, we had tried to make arrangements to get a time slot from the day before, but their computers weren't working so we couldn't email all of my father's info so we were told to bring it with.

The next morning, we tried to get in contact with them to make sure that we have all the info we need, but unfortunately, it seems that they don't know how to pick up their phone.

When we got there, we were greeted by a nurse named Sebastian, who **tried** to seem *helpful*, but actually came off as a bit rude and extremely lazy. He told us that even though their email wasn't working, we should've still sent them the info ... which ... you know ... I could take full responsibility for because I still only use electronic mail and haven't quite learned how to send telepathic mail! He quite clearly understood that we couldn't send him the info, he just didn't want to help us. He couldn't even give us the number of the manager nor could he give us the number of the reception of the hospital and somehow he had the audacity to tell us that he was trying to be helpful!

My father was sick and really needed dialysis that day, it's not like they were not gonna get paid for doing his dialysis, we had all the info, all they had to do is input the info into their system a little later than they usually do. After informing Sebastian that my father is really not feeling well, he informed us that *sick people should go to the hospital and not the dialysis unit*.

Sebastian, if you were going for being a terrible nurse, well done ???? ???? you succeeded.

PS my father is OK the dialysis centre at Unitas took him in even though it may have been an inconvenience to them, the people there were awesomely friendly and could certainly teach Sebastian a thing or two about humanity.
