Life fourways hospital

So last year I went to life fourways wasn't feeling too well. They said they don't accept my medical aid but they can check on me using my medical aid,but they wouldn't admit me. 3/4 months later I get a call from some law firm telling me my profile has been handed over to them. Apparently my medical aid didn't pay life fourways hospital. I understand they were assisting me but such a big hospital didn't know that my medical aid doesn't cover the hospital at all. What makes me sick the most is that they gave my aprofile to that law firm including my cellphone number. I have never been contacted by life fourways hospital to tell me about the non payment not even a single call then they hand over my profile without even telling me. Why was my profile handed over without telling me?now the very same law firm is harrasing me
