Life Fourways - Get a life

How is it possible that for months on end, a private hospital has ZERO air-conditioning in half its wards. My son had a procedure in July and it was untenable, even in Winter. It is now 34 C outdoors and indoors whilst I am ill. Does Life know that air-conditioning can be repaired?? Serviced?? The care of its patients first line is to make patients comfortable. Life fails in this regard, hopelessly. Just an add on, I had to wait 5 hours for some water to be brought to me, despite asking several times, poor. No food offered at all until I asked after 13 hours! You guys need desperately to sharpen your performance.
