Life Fourways failed yet again

Life Fourways radiology department(Drs Van Rensburg and Partners) have failed /forgotten to send payment details and codes to the medical aid delaying a scan for my four year old with head swelling by several hours.

Seems to be a regular occurrence with them going on past experiences. Unfortunately there's a monopoly and zero care......
