Life Flora not Processing my refund

I took my wife into Life Flora ER in September, I was told under no uncertain terms will she be seen to unless we pay a R2000.00 fee, which was done. I was due a refund for which I was told would take 14 days to complete. We are now two months later and no refund, I have sent numerous emails and made numerous calls but all I’m given are dates as to when payments will be made, which never happen! I would not recommend going to Life Flora ER! It seems like dishonesty and no accountability is the order of the day! Would hate to even be admitted in this facility!
