Life Entabeni Hospital Durban - Horrific Experience

I suffered a severe heart attach and was rushed to hospital on monday 31st January 2022. My family called in advance to let the emergency department know i was on the way, when i arrived the staff were extremly unhelpful, disinterested and rude, I was told to wait four hours for a doctor (and i could have died as i was having a heart attack) after explaining my condition the nurs (sister Mbali) couldnt care less and said nothing she can do must wait.. my son had to call my specialist who called the doctor on duty to come attend to me, if my specialist didnt do this i would be dead... The staff at the emergency dept didnt update my family (after promising several times to do so) and i then taken t cardiac high care, where again the staff were extremly unhelpful i had to wait four hours for someone to come help me to the bathroom and was in tears with pain... the service was shocking and apauling, i left feeling disgusted and ******..
