LIFE EMH bad Management Trauma

What a nightmare this place has turned my life into. I am sure they are suppose to have a policy on Harassment. The unit manager At EMH Trauma has really went above and beyond to try and ruin my life. Where does one complain? I have send emails. Really ridiculous. No answer. No its not money or anything. I want to open a case of defamation. I worked for the company now she is refusing me to enter hospital and go about my business. 14 years service... and this is what i have to still deal with 2 years later.
