Life discovery misinformation

So I've been in touch with Life Manager at life brackenview and have had no real resolve or relevant feedback or explanation as to why they say 1 thing but does something else. They claimed outpatient days while I was being treated in hospital instead of waiting till treatment is done. It's just a money making scheme. I still don't know why I was told I would be covered 21 days in hospital on pmb but only got 15 outpatient visit cover from discovery. Discovery depleted my savings and I have an outstanding amount I must pay out of pocket. Im paying 5000 rand a month and have gap cover. as they only covered me for outpatient visits everything else in hospital came off my savings and wallet. after I've been informed that I have 21 days in hospital cover on PMB. Apparently life started claiming outpatient days while I was still being treated in hospital. If you do suffer from deppression/anxiety rather not go there. You'd be left worse than you went in.
