Life Clinic Wilgeheuwel

Good day.<br> <br> My wife was scheduled to undergo a procedure at Wilgeheuwel Life Clinic on 24/11/2015. She was asked to be there at 14:00 for the admission. We were there at 13:30 to complete the admission. We were asked to please wait in order for them to allocate her a bed. After waiting in the reception for 60 minutes the Matron and Anesthetist arrived and spoke to two other individuals which were also booked for a procedure. They told them that they have no beds available. They then came and told my wife the same story that they have no beds available and that she should return on another day for the procedure. <br> This is totally unacceptable as this is a so called Private clinic and we were treated as someone waiting at the JHB General hospital. There is obviously a lack in communication, management and organisation in this establishment. This was my third visit at this Clinic and had previous procedures done here. Please believe me that I will not be using or recommend this Clinic to any other individual.<br> Kind Regards.
