Life Carstenhof management playing god

It is very worrisome to hear how people can make sure that others are without a job. I sat in the company of a few management members of Life Carstenhof where they discussed whom to get rid of in 2025. It will make me an accomplice to keep quite while contracts are being handed out to the one who give more money on the side. Mpho was very bold in saying herself and Thabo will be the only 2 who will decide who the cleaning and catering will be in 2025. They were quite happy to gloat how they already changed the security company and that they cant work with these big catering and cleaning companies at their hospital while they dont benefit. This has been bothering me for the past 2 months and I need to clear my mind to ensure people are aware of how businesses has been run into to ground by people with big egos. A lot has been said but I first want to see how you going to respond to this review before I spill all the beans.
