Life Carstenhof hospital bad service ever

I was in a accident 2 weeks ago, I was discharged when I call my medical aid asking for Aurthorization number as per referral from the Dr in the Hospital I can't get it cause Life Carstenhof hospital haven't sent my medical aid the form. This is 2 weeks later already. I have spent about R200 of my airtime trying to call hospital. All I get from the staff is they don't pick up my call, Dr has the form with her but still busy I understand everyone is busy but still 6 days later no form. what about me who requires to orthopedic specialist urgently as I am also suffering from pains. the service is very bad but they have already claimed for my duration with my medical aid. How ironic is that. Private hospitals are clearly becoming ignorance and reaching government levels of ignorance.
