Life Carstenhof Clinic and Life heath care don't care about lives of Patients

I went to Life Carstenhof Clinic today 09 June 2020 for my baby's immunization at the Baby Clinic. I was with my baby who is 9 months old and my elder daughter who is 13 years old. While we were sitting at the waiting area at around 09:25 in the morning while the sister was sanitizing surfaces in the room where immunizations are done, my daughter was holding the baby and a wall portrait fell from the wall and it hit my daughter on the head she tried to hit it with her arm to get it away from the baby but it hit the baby on the face a little bit. I reported this to the sister at the baby clinic I also went to the hospital's reception to report the incident. The lady at reception went to get the matron that deals with complaints. The receptionist came back and told me to wait a little bit the matron is coming. I waited for over half an hour for the matron who never pitched. I then requested the receptionist to check on matron as the baby was starting to become restless, she phoned the matron who I'm told she was busy in the office of the hospital manager the matron then instructed the receptionist to tell me to leave my details and they will call me when they are done. I left my details with both my kids not checked if they are well after they were hit on the head by this portrait. 9 hours later the matron hasn't called me and my kids are still not checked if they are well. So they don't care about the well being of my kids and clearly my complaint doesn't matter. I guess the next step is to take legal action.
