Life Brenthurst clinic poor service in casualty

Life Brenthurst Hospital poor service... Brought my 1year 8 months old who burned his hand. We sat in casualty for almost 2hours with an irritated crying burnt child without being attended. While they were letting other patients in without triage. I have never seen such incompetence. No triage system in a casualty department. Disappointing. When I asked about my son's file its placed under the keyboard with no sence of urgency for my toddler in pain... I should have seen redflags when a porter was behind the counter opening files... Disappointing. Took my Son to another hospital where he was attended to with a sense of urgency.
