The refunds department is very "sketchy" when having to refund their clients and send you from pillar to post, they do not get back to you in a timely fashion, only low level employers do there best to help but the management just totally does not care, the refund document clearly states that the refund will be processed in 10 working days, clearly they don't follow their own policy. This is clearly a case where the quick to take your money but when having to refund they drag and make excuses!! My refund is now pending for 17 days and counting. Very disappointing.
