Less than standard patient care

I went into the day/surgical ward for a fairly routine procedure. I arrived at 6.30 am and was ushered to my ward. I was not offered a gown, just left to wait till the theatre staff came to wheel me in at 9.30, but I was obviously not prepared, still waiting in my own clothing. Once I was done in theatre I returned to the ward where I was not offered anything to eat or drink. I am a breast feeding mother, who hadn't eaten or had anything to drink since the previous evening (nil per mouth). I waited in the ward in a pool of gathering blood which wasn't checked or cleaned up until I had to ask the nursing staff, and am yet to be offered something to eat... And it is now 1.46pm. I continue to feed my 6 week old baby while I desperately wait to be discharged. To say that I am dissatisfied and very disappointed doesn't quite describe my current level of frustration.
