Lack of Humane Respect

The website of Life Groenkloof clearly states that normal ward visiting Hours are from 15h00 to 16h00 and from 19h00 to 20h00, when I got there last night to visit my father, they told me that visiting hours are in the afternoon only, during hour which the biggest part of this country is at work, how does this make sense, also they told me that I can't see my father, not even for 5minutes, this denies me the most basic and fundamental human right.
